NokiFlower - The Creature of Playfulness
NokiFlowers are the safest among the 8 monsters we know of to date; they are the result of humans being too playful in any situation. Because of this, places like movie theatres, playgrounds, internet cafes, etc. They are temporarily banned until we find a cure and vaccine for this.
These creatures are confirmed to be half plants by scientists. Based on witnesses' reports, they only move a little when they’re threatened; if not, they are guaranteed to just stay in the same position as when they transformed. If left too long in a flourishing spot, their legs slowly sink into the ground, transforming into actual roots. NokiFlowers retain a highly human appearance. Their most distinct feature is a head that resembles a sunflower, with two of their eyes being the stamens, they look directly at the sun every morning nonstop, even when they’re in places where building hides the sun, they somehow know the exact position of the sun in their time zone to look at it, over the course of 24 hours, their heads slowly rotate back to their original position at night, repeating this cycle endlessly.
NokiFlowers are friendly; they do not consume any form of nutrient or even air. They seem to just exist until rotten or killed. Reports show that they often smile and laugh slightly whenever they see a playful event near them. For instance, during the day, if they hear children playing near them, they will stop looking at the sun to look at the children. People describe their laugh and smile as calming, funny, and harmonious.
On the other hand, when they’re harmed, they would just slightly walk towards the opposite direction of the threat while making a disturbing scream, like a human crying for help. They walk slower than a newborn, and don’t pose any threat to even a rat. If they are harmed too many times, their sunflower head starts to lose petals one by one. When the last petal falls, the creature goes berserk, attempting to mimic the last playful act they experienced, usually with horrifying results.
Recommendations: Some people keep NokiFlowers in their house as these creatures might previously have been their company, friends, and family. We highly recommend bringing these beings outside, especially to places with dirt, soil, and plants, when they show signs of being close to death. Their death would contribute a high amount of nutrients to the environment. Remember, once humans turn into creatures, they’re no longer relatives.
“I was playing basketball one-on-one with my best friend, we were having so much fun, but when I picked up the ball and looked up, I saw her shaking and in like 5 seconds she stops, and then she smoothly transforms into this weird half human half sunflower thing. I thought it was a sick, delicate prank. I still can’t believe that the moment was real.”
